Divided into 2 programs: first, specialized services purchased by juvenile court in Bucks and Luzerne Counties to help supervise delinquent youth who live at home. This involves multiple client and family contacts each week, as well as community service activities, adventure and recreation activities, drug testing and school monitoring.

The second program is specialized services to “at risk” youth who may be truant, runaways, or identified by police as pre-delinquent. Services include monitoring, emergency shelter, crisis intervention, family counseling, street outreach and casework to reduce truancy.
